    They told me:

    Hi, previously we were counting the first two visits from an IP per 24hour at the standard rates. Now we are counting the first 2 visits from each IP at the standard rates and another 2 visits from the same IP at half the rates. So, the eCPM should be reduced but the clicks and earnings should now be increased.

    they cheat! they don't pay! thy lie!

      Yes, they have made some changes in their network recently like daily payments are changed to Twice a month/net-15 and when i asked them the reason they said because they offer high CPM rates so some of the publishers are cheating them so we first review their traffic and then pay them. And if you are talking about eCPM so i have not yet seen much difference in my referrals earning as i use its referral program only but if you are saying then i will definitely update my post if i find anything wrong ..........but for now they are paying and my referrals are earning good income through it.
