Do Blogging Communities Really Help Our Blogs To Grow ?

Do blogging communities really help our blogs to grow ?
As we all know that there are many blogging communities available online today that offer us huge audience for our blogs. But the question arises that whether they really help our blogs or just generate fake traffic like paid to click sites where people just click advertisers link for getting paid but not for reviewing it. Today i am going to discuss some key points that will help you to judge whether they help our blogs to grow or not.

Variety of Blogging communities:

The first thing that i like about blogging communities is that they are of different types like for specific country, region, culture and some other specific groups like age, sex, etc. so you can select the right audience for your blogs for example: if you have a tech blog then you can join any blogging community where all technical people reviews posts of one another. So they help us to show our content to right audience.

Reviewing process:

The second thing that i like about blogging communities is their reviewing process. Almost all the blogging communities works on a principle that one person reviews other persons blog and if he/she likes the other persons post then he or she can vote it up or down. This means other members of communities must see your blog post before voting it up or down. Although many people visits your blog just for a fraction of a second but at least twenty percent of visitors actually reviews your blog posts, which can help you in understanding that whether people liking it or not.

Shows your posts on home page:

Generally good blogging communities have large number of members and they receive huge traffic too. Many blogging communities shows the highly voted posts on their home page, so they offer you more visitors for your blog.

This is the best part of blogging communities because if you are a good writer then it increases the chances for you to show your creativity and in creating your own identity. People will give you more priority if you write good articles.

Create your own network:

It is always better for you if you show the content to people who are looking for it rather than showing it to people who don't need it. As i already mentioned that there are many different kind of blogging communities based on country, religion, sex and other groups. Blogging communities offer you to create your own network like a social networking site but here our motive is different. The other members can help you blog better and if you create some good friends then you can directly ask them for link and traffic exchange. This will definitely help your blog to grow.

Encourages their members:

Many blogging communities encourages their members by providing them different kind of rankings and titles like best poet, best writer etc. Such kind of activities always help us to blog better. People work hard to become the best out of other members of community and therefore they start thinking about improving their writing skills, so that their audience like their posts. These activities creates a competitive environment among the members and i think competition is needed for an individual to grow in any field.

They also offer Prizes:

Many blogging communities offer prizes to their members for encouraging them to do better. Its a good thing, if you write a good and attractive article then you will get prize for it. These activities can highly motivate the new bloggers who are not earning any income from their blogs. But the thing that we need to consider is overall improvement as a blogger. So these activities help their members to write good attractive articles and become a good blogger.

Final words:

In my opinion i think blogging communities are worth taking, they help us and our blogs to grow. But its up to you, now you can decide whether they are worth taking or not.
